These terms govern your use of cliniqo.ai (the "website"), run by Foxwel.AI, Mangaluru, Karnataka, India, for its product Cliniqo. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About This Website

The website describes the Cliniqo clinic management platform and lets you send us an enquiry. Interactive previews on the website, including the dental chart, booking screens, Scribe Pad and agent conversations, use made-up sample data and illustrative prices. They show how the platform works and are not live clinical tools.

2. Using the Platform

Access to the Cliniqo platform is provided only under a separate subscription agreement signed with each clinic. That agreement, together with its data processing terms, governs pricing, service levels, support, data handling and liability for the platform. If it conflicts with these terms, the subscription agreement prevails.

3. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on the website is medical or dental advice. Inside the platform, AI features suggest and draft only. Diagnosis, treatment and prescriptions remain the responsibility of the treating dentist, who must review and approve every clinical record.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the website you agree not to:

• submit false information or someone else's details without their permission;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems;
• upload malicious code or use the website for any unlawful purpose under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

5. Intellectual Property

The Cliniqo name, logo, designs, text, software and interface previews on this website belong to Foxwel.AI or its licensors. You may view and share the website for evaluating Cliniqo, but you may not copy, modify or reuse its content for other purposes without written permission.

6. Regulatory Features

ABDM, ABHA and NHCX features are delivered in line with National Health Authority certification and require each clinic to be onboarded as a health facility. Availability may depend on approvals outside our control.

7. Accuracy and Availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Features, timelines and examples described may change as the product develops. We may suspend or change the website at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Foxwel.AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Privacy

Personal data you share with us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
